How to connect XML feed for e-shop in Shoptet?

One of the three basic conditions for advertising in Tanganica is your product feed. Our internal system even optimizes it after download so that we can work together to achieve the best results. So this is another advantage that Tanganica can give you.You will find out how and where to share your feed in this article.Let's first get an idea of what an XML feed is. We can imagine a feed as a long code that contains all the information about your products (name, price, availability,...), it is automatically updated and the advertising systems pull the necessary information from it.If you don't know where to generate it and where to upload it, continue reading. We've prepared quick guides for you on how to generate the feed for the three largest e-shop solutions in the Czech Republic! In the Tanganica application, you can find the window for inserting the XML feed in the menu both in the Setup Wizard and in the e-shop Settings.

But if you are wondering only where to find such a feed or how to unblock it, we have summarized the most important steps for you here:

→ in your shoptet interface, enter the Links tab

→ here you will find all available feeds for your e-shop

→ ideally select a feed called Google Shopping

→ copy the URL address into the appropriate window in TanganicaIt is possible that you will have a feed blocked.

At that point you need to add a hash after the url. You can find out if you have a blocked feed in the Shoptet interface by looking at the attached screenshot.

Hash is an underlined code that you just need to paste after the already saved generated feed in Tanganica.Just paste the generated feed, follow it with the characters in quotes "?hash=" and finally paste your own hash (Example: https://www.vas-e-shop.cz/google/export/products.xml?hash=123456abcdef).
